I find them in the produce section of my grocery store, with the tofu and mushrooms. Aka wonton skins.

You can find them in Asian markets. I don't know where one would be located in your town. Is there an Asian neighborhood?

I sometimes find them also in supermarkets in neighborhoods with large Asian populations but I live in Los Angeles which is very multi-ethnic.

My local "regular" grocery stores always have the wonton wrappers ( these are square, gyozas are round) in the refrigerated cheese/hot dog/fresh pasta case. Just recently, I started seeing wrappers (some of the larger spring roll size, too) in the produce section with the tofu.

I've never been able to find the gyozas. For years now, my supermarkets have only stocked the wontons; so I cheat ;) . Just snip off the corners of the wonton wrappers with a scissors.

Like others have said, most conventional grocery stores carry them in the produce section near the tofu. The only real difference between a gyoza wrapper and a wonton wrapper is the shape.

BUT, if you have an Asian market or grocery store convenient to you, I would definitely recommend going there. They will be cheaper, and there will be a much bigger selection. Sometimes the ones at the regular grocery are too thick or thin for what I need, so it's nice to have many to choose from.
