Review: Spicy Cucumber Salad with Peanuts: June '01

Very sweet with a hint of spice. I served it with the cuming crusted chix with orange chipotle sauce. Balanced out nicely.

Didn't give a review on the chix because as I was typing, I realized I left out everything after the **** simmer and just pureed it. I didn't think I should post on half a recipe. Grrrr.

Glad you and your husband made it home safely. The last time I saw you was Sunday at 6:00 am when only a chance to jump on an earlier flight, after your flight was cancelled, would tear you away from the BB!
