I work in the publishing industry as my day job (still haven't figured out a way to make money cooking!) The industry rag we all read to keep up with the news is magazine called Publishers Weekly. Twice a year they do a round up of new books and I always use the cookbook lists in these bi-annual guides as my go to reference for new cookbooks I need to buy! The books are shown in a brief list that shows the title, pubisher, price and availabiity date - which isn't much information to go on - but sometimes just the titles of new cookbooks, and what they promise to come, are exciting enough! You can view the list by visiting:

That was fun to look at.

I agree, the Fairy Tale one sounds fun for kids who are interested in cooking. And I see Giada's new one will be out in April, among many others that interest me.

For some reason I missed this thread the first time around. It's fun to see what cookbooks will be coming out. I've already added the Santa Fe cookbook to my wishlist. :)

Thanks for posting!

The name Seduced by Bacon got me salivating, and I don't really even love bacon all that much. Well, maybe just a little. :o

Ok, I've just got to add the cookbook Nasty Bits: Collected Varietal Cuts, Useable Trim, Scraps, and Bones to my collection. I'll be the only one in town with that one. :D

I just received Giada's Family Dinners yesterday. It's going to be a favorite.

I don't know....I was thinking of getting that one, too! :D Not sure about the recipes, but I do love Anthony Bourdain.

No, you won't! ;) It does sound interesting, doesn't it?? I'd probably buy it just for the entertainment! :D

See, I would buy that! I just got Bones and Charcuterie so that one looks right up my alley.
