Does anyone have any good recipes for Mahi Mahi?

One of our all time favorite recipes is the mahi mahi smothered in cashew nuts and asparagus. I don't have the issue or recipe with me at work, but I would be glad to post when I get home....it's absolutely delicious.

I just grill it on the barbeque and use fresh squeezed citrus juice as a marinade. Lemon, orange and lime mixed is wonderful and just marinate it for a short time and then grill it. Yummy.

Melissadh, I just squeeze whatever I have. Generally one of each fruit will do it.
