This morning I was at the gym by 8:10. I did 21 minutes on the bike for 205 calories, 20-25 minutes on the Nautilus Circuit and 28.5 minutes on the eliptical machine for 315 calories. My goal is to keep the calorie count going up on the eliptical machine without going over 30 minutes. Once I consistantly make that high-colorie number, I'll raise the level to 7 from 6.
I can definitely feel the difference - I've been going 3X a week for over a month now and everything feels firmer.
Anyone else make the effort today? If so - good for you! Keep up the great work! I'll be back to the gym come Monday.

Good job! Today I went swimming and did a 5 mile run.

I didn't make a trip to the gym. Instead, I pulled out the lawn mower and the bagger....and mowed the weeds. :D Yes, it's March 3. I've evidently already begun yardwork for the early part of spring.

Lucky you :) It is gray and cold here still, and the grass is nowhere near needing to be mowed!
I had a planned day off from working out today, since I was long overdue for a haircut. She also did color, which I have never done before. I love it (and the cut)- I just hope I can style it on my own as well as she did ;)

Forgot to check in on this thread (and so far the weekend isn't looking good!)
On Friday I went to Step class, and then did about 40 minutes of Group Power.
