Would it be possible to post the actual recipes of the dishes we had for dinner in Birmingham? We enjoyed dinner and would like to duplicate some of the recipes!

Elinor, I was told that the chicken is the one with the orange chipotle sauce, I think it is in the June issue. The only difference is they put it on skewers instead of using breasts. I don't know about the couscous, but would like the recipe. I was told that the berry pavlova's and asparagus are from a future issue.

The recipes are posted on the Cooking Light Weekend board. There is a recipe for Brown Sugar Pavlovas in April 2000 that has been on my list of "To Try" recipes and I was very happy to see the pavlovas on the dinner menu. They were delicious if a little hard to cut. Humid weather is not good for meringues.
