We don't care for goat chesse, but there are several great looking recipes in the 6/01 mag that call for it. Any suggestions for alternatives??

It depends on the recipe, I guess, but sometimes blue cheese, sometimes cream cheese.

Depending on the recipe, asiago, fontina or kasseri could be used. None of these are as creamy as goat cheese, though.
