Private Message notification

Hello. I had a problem for a while with not receiving notifications of posts to threads I subscribed to. I believe that problem is solved, but now it seems I'm not getting notifications of private messages. I just logged on and learned I had a private message from February 27th.

Follow the three steps pictured below. Go to User CP and then Edit Options. Then make sure that the "show new private message notification Pop-up" is selected.

Thanks for your detailed reply! Everything is set like it's supposed to be in my UserCP, but I did not receive an email notification early this week when someone sent me a private message. :(

Sometimes if you are in particular area of the forum you won't get a pop-up notification. I've noticed on some vBulletin forums you won't get a PM notification pop-up if it is sent to you while you are composing a PM.

But you should still receive an email notification that you have a private message and FWIW, often I don't receive email notifications of postings to threads I've subscribed to.

Well, I thought it was fixed but I'm no longer getting private message notifications by email. When I came to the board today I had two private messages that I didn't know about. Plus, now I'm not even getting notifications of posts to threads I'm subscribed to. It's very frustrating. :(

I also had two PM's today that I was not notified about. It has never happened before.
