Gingersnaps June 01 Review

Just finished making these little gems. They turned out just like the picture and are really yummy. The only thing though is that the recipe made 3-1/2 dozen cookies and I substituted 3 tablespoons of apple sauce for three of the 7 tablespoons of butter. Next I will have to try making the sorbet.

Glad to hear that the Gingersnaps were good. I am a fan of gingersnaps and thank you for the applesauce tip. I will look forward to trying these.
