Last night was the showdown of the families -- all those desperate housewives and all those desperate sopranos on at the same time.

Just wondering which one you chose to watch. And FINALLY try out doing a poll!
not to mention pushing things down a little...

Please -- no spoilers here! Though I watched the Sopranos last night, I taped Housewives and plan on watching THAT tonight. We can dish each of the shows on their own seperate threads if you'd like...

We don't get HBO, and we're always coming home from DH's parents house on Sunday nights. I have never seen an episode of either show!

No HBO here either, so I watched Desperate Housewives.

I voted "curled up with a good book." Forgot The Sopranos was on, but taped it. Stopped watching Desperate Housewives a few weeks ago. It kind of lost the appeal for me a bit... :)

I voted OO since we don't have HBO, (but I love Soprano's - caught up on the DVD's). I TIVO'd DH since I'm not caught up yet with the last couple of episodes either.

No contest here, either - Tony all the way! I gave up on Desperate Housewives after the first 2 episodes this season.

Did anyone watch Big Love after The Sopranos? We dvr'd it, but haven't watched it yet. It has gotten good reviews, so I am looking forward to it.

We don't have HBO either but if we did I would have been watching the Sopranos.

I also haven't watched DH since the first few episodes of this season...guess I'm not the only one.

OT here, you spend every Sunday evening at the inlaws, wow, what rewards are you getting? :D :D

O.O. here- no HBO and lost interest in DH early this season, so I was doing some menu planning while waiting for Grey's Anatomy at 10:00!

Forget about it, the Soprano's win.

Have never watched Grey's or Desperate Housewives.

Hope the new season of Deadwood starts soon. They really stirred the pot in the last episode of the second season.

Perfect poll! I opted for desperate housewives knowing that HBO will do a "re-airing" of Sopranos later this week.....hopefully....

Yes, Deadwood!! OMG that is such an awesome show.

New shows are scheduled to start in June 2006! Can't wait.

We watched the Sopranos and Big Love (and DVRd the Housewives).

Big Love was OK - I'm willing to give it another shot, but I wasn't blown away by it either. It might be one of those shows that I'll watch if nothing else is on.

I could have put my mark in each of your choices, so I voted O.O. because....

-- I TiVo'd DH and the Sopranos
-- while I curled up with a good book
Lights out around 9:30!

Sopranos all the way! I gave up on DH and GA (ducking, sorry! :o ) a while ago. So happy HBO is back on. :)

I don't have cable and I stopped watching DH 'long about Episode 3. I DID watch Criminal Intent -- love Vincent / Bobby -- but I leave the TV completely off on Sundays about half the time.

LOL, dinner and the kids have a great relationship with their grandparents and cousins. Sometimes I'd like to at least cut back to every other week, but it's not so bad.

I believe this was the first week that Grey's Anatomy had a larger audience than Desperate Housewives! This was because so many people were watching The Sopranos.

I put Desperate Housewives - I'm still enjoying it.

I've never seen either show. I didn't open this thread until now since I had no idea who either Tony or Bree was (but of course, curiosity got the best of me, so I finally opened it!).
