Chocolate-Amaretto Cheesecake (June'01)

Has anyone made this cheesecake yet? It sounded good until I saw that there is cottage cheese in it! Is that going to throw off the taste or how can you omit that?

There is a positive review of this recipe at this site.

There is also a past recipe, Butter Crunch Lemon Bars, which is made of cottage cheese and tastes great (or so a lot of people here thought). I thought so, and I don't like cottage cheese at all.

I made it and the cottage cheese was not noticeable at all. I must say that I have not been a fan of the CL cheesecakes...i feel that you can tell they are low-fat. But, it did get better after a few days.
