45 minutes on the treadmill this morning with a 30 minute run in the middle.

What did YOU do today? Post it when it's done!

Kathy: 30 minute run - you bounced back quickly!!

Had to take my car in for its "checkup" before I leave for the weekend, so all I had time for was my Pilates DVD at home :)

Hi, Sheila. Good work getting your pilates in on a busy day! Where are you going for the weekend...somewhere fun?

My "run" was a pretty slow pace. Last week I think I pushed it too much, and my cough that was almost gone came back with a vengence! I took the weekend off, and I really think it's gone now. I am going to try for 3 thirty minute runs a week for the next three weeks, then start following a schedule I found for becoming a "one-hour runner". We'll see how it goes. This week will definitely be SLOW running, probably it could be called a 30 minute "shuffle". :D

30 minutes on the eliptical trainer. Hoping to also get a walk in after DH gets home from work.

Hello, all. I went to the 9:30 cycling class, only to find out we had no instructor. So, after attempting to do it ourselves (a bad idea!) we finally recruited an instructor who had just showered and was ready to leave. She was very sweet to come in and help us.

After that, I lifted a few weights and called it a day.

I'm taking DS1 to Reno for a soccer tournament. The weather forecast is 32-34 degrees and possible snow. Just perfect for soccer ;) The team's other choice was Las Vegas in two weeks..... don't get me started :D

Oh boy...32-34 with a possibility of snow. It does sound like perfect soccer weather. (NOT!!) Good luck to you...and to the team!!!

I did about 20 minutes on the treadmill and then did a full-body workout with weights and machine.

Anyone else?

Hi all, and good work!

Sheila, have a nice trip to NV and I hope your son's soccer games go well - and that the weather cooperates!

Today I ran 9 km (about 5.5 miles) with my running group. Tomorrow I leave for a short trip to Quebec, so see you later in the week :)

Late to the thread, but I taught 6am spin yesterday.

Sheila, my trip to Reno LAST weekend was derailed by snow!!
