I recently purchased some guava jelly for my son (he had tried it at school when they were studying Hawaii) and last night I made broiled salmon with the guava jelly. It was really good! I just put the jelly on the salmon and broiled it for about 10 minutes. It made the salmon look blackened and it had a nice sweet, crisp top. I served it with mango salsa, rice with cuminseed and peas, and some yellow pepper strips. YUM! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif
