Hi!
The local grocery grocery store has lobsters on special this week. They looked good and fiesty. Does anyone have a good recipe besides steaming? I saw Julia Child on TV and she did a pan roasted lobster dish that looked yummy but I don't have the recipe. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif I just can't pass those lobsters up!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
Thanks,
Cheryl

PS I seen several posts that mention searching past threads. How do you do that?

Though not a lobster fan myself, a recent Good Eats episode with Alton Brown sure made it look good!

This first link is for a transcript of that show: http://www.goodeatsfanpage.com/Season4/LobsterTranscript.htm

This next link is the recipe for that stuffed lobster: http://www.foodtv.com/recipes/re-c1/0,1724,16443,00.html

As for searching, click on the word "search" at the top of this page, then fill in the blanks as you wish!

I don't want to start an uproar, but if you can find the July issue on the newstands, there is a large article about lobster in it.

Thanks for the info. About the uproar- from reading this list, I think I'm in the group that gets the issues last http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif I always knew that mags went mailed out at the same time- but what a spread!
