I am just getting over a sinus/ear infection, so I've been skipping my work out for about 2 weeks now. There were other things going on as well, but today I got back there, bright and early!
I did my 20 minutes (5.4 miles) on the bike, and then the Nautilus circuit for a total of 45 minutes. I was pretty wiped out by then, so I skipped the eliptical machine, but hope to get back to that on Wednesday.
Anyone else working out today?

Good morning! Those sinus things really gum up the works, don't they?
I did 40 minutes of yoga to stretch out after my 5 mile run yesterday!
Kathy--My DH doesn't handle daycare drop-off so that I can work out. He is the only one with a car, and the center is on his way to work, so he gets that job. Because he has to be to work at 7:30, I can leave the house with the boys at 7 and still get in 30-45 minutes at the gym! WooHoo!
Besides, Mommy is nicer when she can work out!
Happy Monday!

Happy Monday, ladies!
I did 30 min of Step and 35 of Group Power. I left G.P. a little early since I was feeling tired. Still felt like I got a good workout in, though.
Who else is exercising?

I also finally got into the gym. It's been pretty hit and miss lately (more miss.) Got in 30 minutes on the stationary bike and some ab work.

Hi, everyone. Great workouts to start the week!! :)
I got in 20 minutes of yoga last night with DD, then this morning I did my 30 minute run on the treadmill (total 45 minutes, but 30 of running). Felt pretty good, so I kicked the pace up a little during the last 10 minutes of the run.
Besides, Mommy is nicer when she can work out!
:D I hear that!

Back after a hiatus of travel, busy work days and general lack of motivation.
Spin class at 6:00 a.m. For some reason, the class was a little short today but my teacher said he would fix that next time. :)

I'm fighting off a cold, so took it pretty easy today. I did 50 minutes of gentle spinning on the bike trainer. Felt good :)
Good job, folks, and have a great evening.
