Muffin batter = cake batter?

Hi All,

I have a ton of overripe strawberries and I am making muffins from CL Complete. I have made so many muffins and now I want to see if I can use the batter in a loaf pan. What do you think?

i think in a loaf pan it will take more like 50-60 min to bake.

As an alternative, in its cupcake section, CL complete does have a tip for converting their cupcake recipes to round cake pans. I wonder if a similar equation would work for you?
