Any Thursday Exercisers???

Just popped on to post for the day and didn't see a thread... Today DH and I played 9-holes of golf. It was nice to get outside to exercise in between rain showers. Anyone else?

Hi Peggy,

I haven't been around because I have a nasty cold/sore throat/cough/etc. It hurts to breathe much less exercise. Been battling it since last Friday. Hopefully I'll be back on the boards next week.

Peggy, glad your weather was nice enough that you could play golf yesterday! It's still a little bit chilly here and we had just a touch of snow last night.... :rolleyes:

Martha, I'm sorry you've been under the weather. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Yesterday I ran 3 miles on the treadmill, did 25 minutes on the elliptical, did 20 minutes of weightlifting, and went for a 4 mile walk.

Anyone else?

Martha - You have my sympathies. :( I have had two bad colds in the last month and it was so depressing to feel lousy and not be able to exercise. I hope you feel better very soon.
