Linking to a series of old threads

For the past few months, whenever I post a link to a series of old threads (for example, I search titles for "asparagus" and then copy/paste the URL for the list of threads returned) a message box "no matches found" comes up. It should instead show all the threads returned in my search. (Ugh, hope that all makes sense). This seems to have developed when the boards were updated. It's really frustrating when folks ask for recipes or suggestions on a much-discussed topic and one wishes to direct her to a number of old threads that would provide answers.

I've had the same problem, too. I've tried to call up old posts, even if I remember the OP's name and include it in the search, but I still get that message box.

I seem to remember that when the boards were updated there was a big problem with searching old posts, but Jennifer & Co were working on it and it had been seemingly fixed. I guess there are still a few bugs lingering... :(
