This morning I went for a 2.4 mile run outside (nice sunny day), then took the dog for a 30 minute walk to cool down.
What is everyone else up to? Post it when you've done it, and remember this is your last chance to workout in March! :D

Hi Kathy. I made it through 30 min of Step, and then 20 min of Group Power before I pooped out and quit!

I did an outdoors workout this afternoon...mowed the whole yard, weed-whacked the lariope (and cleaned it up), cut back the butterfly bush (and took the cuttings to the road), and did a few other things while I was out there and it was still light enough to see.
My yard it looking pretty good with the azaleas in nearly full bloom. Even my Columbine is blooming! It's gorgeous.

Back to the gym tomorrow.

Gardening is a great workout! :)
Late post... Yesterday I did 35 minutes on the Nordic Track.

Good work, all! Melanie, your garden sounds gorgeous :)
Yesterday I got up early and after a short power walk, did a full set of lower body weights. In the evening I ran about 5 miles.
