I have offered to help a neighbor to clean out her fridge while she is away for a couple of weeks and today i was cleaning it out it I had noticed under the crisper there some black stuff that would not come off. I want to make look nice before she gets back and was wondering is the best thing to do to clean it with. I know hot water works magic most of the time, but there was no luck at all. any tips would be great.

I have had success with baking soda. I use it like comet or ajax. Just sprinkle on a damp sponge and scrub.

Should work well and you don't have to worry about it being toxic.

Refridgator.

Is that some sort of an amphibious appliance?

Can't tell you the weird mental image this is giving me... http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/tongue.gif

you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time...
