The crisp is one of my favorite recipes and it is so adaptable to any fruit. Thanks for reminding me -- I'll make it this week.

This may have been reviewed before, but I made this last night and it was delicious. I was checking out the salad that ElinorC had posted, and this was on the cover of the issue. I didn't have enough blueberries (I used frozen) so I used frozen cranberries. My DH loved it, too. I served it with vanilla ice cream. Great on a hot summer night and really quick and easy.
