I made this today - very easy and tasty. It is a bit more upscale than my usual pour some vinegar over sliced cucumbers!

Someone brought this to supper club last night. It was very yummy and I would definitely make this. And it was perfect for the weather- we had the perfect temp, low humidity and were able to eat outside. No bugs either. What an awesome evening- I just
love the supper clubs.
