changing of e-mail

Hi there! I want to change my primary e-mail address for this site to one I am finally setting up at home (right now I use the one from work). Needless to say, how do I go about doing this and how to I get my password to log on from home (I can't remember my password)?? Any insite would be great - thanks!

Go to USER CP at the top of the page and there is a section for edit email and password. If you don't know your password, I think you can request it be emailed to you.
