Has anyone tried this yet? I was thinking about making it for DH for Father's Day. He loves chicken leg/thigh pieces and pretty much anything grilled. Spicy?

LOL!! This was on my list for tonight, but I got distracted by the Million $$$ Chicken posted earlier and also discovered my cilantro went bad...'sides it is so windy here, I'm afraid the grill would never light.
Sorry, dear! Try it and let us know http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Thanks for the posts. I just never thought about having to go back into May to find them. Next time I will do a search first. Sounds like it got some good reviews. I'm making it today and hope that DH will enjoy it.

Welll, I made it for DH yesterday and it was a comedy of errors!
I made the marinade/rub and it was really easy, went on the chicken pretty good. I marinated for eight hours. The problem started when I went to grill it. DH turned the grill on for me and I went out to put the chicken on. Went back out to check it and the grill was off, tried to relight it and nothing. Yep, we had run out of propane! Big bummer. So I had to put it under the broiler, yuk. \
It was okay, but DH actually said it was almost too intensely spicy. Maybe I will try it again and use one tbl. black peppercorns and one tbl. white peppercorns instead. I also used a bit more garlic than it called for (we like garlic), but maybe it was too much. Maybe with a little tinkering we will like it better. I also thought it might be a good rub/marinade for boneless pork loin chops.
