Vancouver...Calling all Canadians

My husband will be going to British Columbia on a business trip. What is this area famous for and are there any good restaurants you can recommend? I believe he will be staying at the Westin. Thanks for your help!

Wow, he is lucky - the Westin is in a great location very close to Stanley Park and lots of restaurants, etc. Check out the other thread, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask!!
