Pork Fried Rice Recipe, Anyone?????

Does anyone have a Pork Fried Recipe? I have a bunch of leftover rice and I have been meaning to try to make it.

Suzi, this isn't one recipe, it's several! I've tried a few of the fried rice recipes on this site, making substitutions when necessary. Quite a few good ones!
