We had this for dinner tonight and it was WONDERFUL! Very filling for such a light dinner. To further dress up the plates, after everything was put together, we sprinkled some paprika around and it looked, very gourmet! I also made the suggested garlic sesame bread from the magazine and it was good, nothing exciting, but it was a nice accompaniment (sp?).

This will be added to my "make-again someday" list! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

I'd like to add my "thumbs up" for this recipe. I made it yesterday for a Fathers Day lunch and it was a hit with everyone! I grilled the salmon on the BBQ instead of broiling in the oven. It turned out delicious, but did take longer than the indicated 8 minutes. The dressing was very flavorful and just the right amount to give the salmon and vegetables a good flavor without overpowering.

Another round of applause for this recipe -- it's so awesome!(Do you think I overuse that word? ;) )

I really, really loved the dressing, and the corn-shiitake-green onion saute was a perfect topping for the spinach. My picky-as-hell little brother even begged for the dressing to eat on the salmon I gave him!
