Rate the Recipes?

If there was a thread on this topic, I apologize. Has anyone looked at that section? It needs to be updated. Just wondering if anyone rated the recipes...

Hi Susan,

You mean that feature where readers could provide their input on recipes in the current month s issue? If so, I have my doubts that it will be updated based on something that the CL editors said last weekend in Birmingham. I believe that they said that we didn t use the feature as much as they d thought we would, and that it was pretty time-intensive to maintain, so it might not be worth keeping it. (If anyone else who went to Birmingham heard differently, and I m way off-base, jump in here... http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif .)

I know I looked at the "rate the recipes" page when it first came out, and although I cook lots of CL recipes, I didn't think it was something I would be able to use often. It seemed like you almost had to rate all of the recipes in the issue at once - but it takes me a long time to work through an issue! I think it would be better if we could just select the one recipe we want to rate rather than having to rate everything at once.

Are you talking about the on-line option of rating recipes? I have rated several,but the editors have not added my ratings to the page. I love this option because I want to know what people think before I try something out.
