I want to send a card to some friends in remeberance of their infant sons 1st birthday (their baby passed away 4 months after he was born). The card I got is very nice with several scripture quotes but I would like to write a sentance or two as well. Any suggestions?
Thank you for your help.

What about:
As the anniversary of your son's birth approaches, please know that you are in our thoughts. May you find peace on the very special day.
You can always personalize it with son's name.
How nice of you to remember this day for them.

What u-r kidding said.
I"m sure they'll appreciate you remembering and just knowing that you are thinking of them will be a wonderful gift.

If you met their baby, maybe include the thing you remember most about him. His eyes when he smiled, his laugh. Something about him that brings a smile to your face when you think of him.

Everyone has had great replies. I think just knowing that you are thinking about them and their son will help them get through the day.

I agree. Just the thought and the card will be very touching for them.
