I made Gail's psycho chicken last night and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO good. I could've eaten the whole darn chicken. And she wasn't kidding about how good the house smells...it's torture!

We finally got around to trying this famous recipe last night. Yum! I probably doubled the garlic (there can never be too much, ever!) & I used the baster to pour the juices all over each serving. Probably unnecessary, since it was so moist anyway, but oh, yum! I served it with leftover baked beans & potato salad for a picnic-y meal. I'm using the leftovers tonight for a light chicken salad (no mayo).
