This was VERY yummy! It was a great combo of flavors. We put goat cheese on the bread before adding the corn and tomatoes. We had it with leftover green bean salad from last night and fried gren tomaotes with goat cheese and pesto, and, of course, white wine (chardonnay) Again, I LOVE SUMMER!

What issue is this from? I was looking for a roasted corn salad I saw a picture of in one of my recent cooking magazines but can't find it anywhere...maybe this was it???
