$2.89 to $2.79 in one day! I had read that some of the refineries were shut down to converting to the ethanol and that was complete now and everything is up and running from Katrina, so we should start seeing lower prices....I guess they were right!

Gas (Regular unleaded) was 3.29 yesterday and 3.29 again today. First time in weeks it held the same price 2 days in a row! I hope it starts to go down a bit. (OK a LOT) :D

Premium went from 3.05 to 3.03 in my neighborhood. :rolleyes:
I'm heading 160 miles north to Oklahoma tomorrow where it should be at least .25 cheaper than it is here in the Dallas area.

I am not holding my breath for it to go down.
Every holiday summer season it only goes up.

#&$#$& !!!! I just bought gas yesterday figuring it would go UP!!! It can't go down today! I bought it at $2.79, though. Cheapest price I could find on my way home.

The regular has been about $2.85 at the same station all week. Stability is good, rather than an increase.

I just bought it yesterday for $3.15, the most I've ever paid. And the cheapest I've seen around here.
