I bought some garlic and herb feta and would like some ideas or recipes on how to use it. I'm new to feta, so I'm still learning what it goes with. This is only the third package I've bought, and I've never tried the flavored kind yet.
Thanks!

Linda....I throw in a couple of good pinches into our salad every night. Sometimes I also toss some in our finished rice before serving.

You can use the herbed feta in any dish that calls for regular feta -- the added herbs will just give you another small burst of flavor.
I like flavored feta in pita sandwiches made with grilled vegetables -- zucchini, peppers, onions and tomatoes. It's also great in warm or cold pasta salads made with veggies and a vinaigrette.
Don't be afraid to throw feta on pizza either -- it gives it a great Mediterranean flair (my favorite is kalamata olives, feta, tomatoes and spinach pizza!)

Try grilling portobellos and filling the caps with the flavored feta until it melts. YUMMM!

There is a recipe in the online recipe finder for the chicken breasts stuffed with artichokes and goat cheese.
This recipe is not only totally delicious (my husband inhaled it!) but very easy.
I used herbed feta and it worked wonderfully.
