For those of you considering taking the leap and buying a Kenwood mixer, I have found the deal of the century! Williams Sonoma has marked down their Kenwoods $150 because they will no longer be carrying them. I paid $350 for the Major (that's the model name). These usually go for $500-700. Even a floor model at Gourmet Depot is going for $400! According to the Williams Sonoma store manager, this is the lowest price they've ever been. They've been marked down for about a week, but are not being advertised. Once they're gone, that's it, no back orders.
