Yesterday was sort of hectic, so I wanted to do something for dinner that was fast and that the kids wouldn't complain about. So I fixed [Asian Beef-Noodle Salad[/b] from 7/01. I didn't serve it over spinach, just served it on a plate with simple sliced fruit on the side. They absolutely loved it. I didn't like it very much. I think if it had "real" meat - not sliced deli meat, I might have liked it more.
