Risotto with Squash, Oyster Mushrooms et al

Oh Peggy It was so wonderful, I had to save some of it to share with my mom and dad tonight!! DH loved it and said it was a keeper, he doesn't like risotto but he likes my rice...I am not telling him!!
Thanks again, I need to make more of the recipes from this book!! Just one more purchase because of this BB!
