Oh man.... I was just working on my computer (windows), and I go to where my list of programs and I see something that says "launch Quarantine". Never saw this and thinking that I got a Big Problem now.
What is it and what do I do?
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's probably your anti-virus software recognizing something as a virus. It is quarantined so that you can look to see if it is, in fact, a virus.

Thanks. After getting up from the floor, I took a look closer, and it is part of my Norton Antivirus. I haven't looked into the Quarantine file yet (since I need to figure out to do that...)
My Norton Antivirus is expiring any day -- any suggestions on whether I should renew that or go for Norton's Internet Security (this has the added features of "blocks your computer from hackers and online threats, and protects your personal information on the internet" compared to the Norton Antivirus. Or other thoughts?
Unfortunately, I know very little in this area.....
Thanks.
