Hi, all! How are things going on the exercise front today?

I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes with frequent burst intervals, then did 10 minutes of cooldown. Hoping to get the yard mowed this afternoon, too, but first I am off to run several errands.

Kathy - Sounds like you are off to a great start exercise-wise.

I did 30 minutes on the Nordic Track and am off to paint our library today.

Sounds like great workouts all around :)

For me, it was kickboxing class this morning!

I'm late to the game, but I finally made it back to the gym last night. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical then went to yoga class.

I did my treadmill in the morning, but I accidently hit 'stop' when I meant to hit 'pause' as I started the cooldown, so I was 5 minutes short. Then I did 20 minutes of stretching for my back, and the PT for my shoulder. Had lots of energy all day, and even feel good today! I'm starting to be a believer in this exercise stuff.... :D ;)
