I have done all kinds of searches, and have come up emptyhanded...where can I find this recipe? I see lots of positive reviews about it, but I don't know where to find it. I searched the CL online, this BB, my CL Complete, my CL mastercook, and can't find it!
Please help-my red bells are dying!!!

Hi Browneye - I found this recipe (from 10/00). Hope this is it!
Roasted Pepper Pesto-Tomato Pizza
1 large garlic clove peeled
1 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup (1-oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese (in the green container...kidding!)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 (5.2-oz) bottled roasted red bell peppers, drained
1 (1-lb) Italian cheese-flavored pizza crust (such as Boboli)
3/4 cup (3-oz) shredded part-skim mozarella cheese
3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced (about 6 oz)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Drop garlic through food chute with food processor on; process until minced. Add basil and next 6 ingredients, and process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once.
3. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread pepper mixture over pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border; sprinkle with mozarella. Arrange tomato slices in a single layer on top of cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle pizza with oregano. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 slice...and who can eat just 1 slice?? http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif )

That is indeed the wonderful recipe. I made this for the umpteenth time last night to celebrate my husband's half-birthday. Once again, a hit! We love this pizza.
