OK all you self tanning helpers. I applied some yesterday for the first time and right after applying there was a knock on the door and "surprise" guests were here. Well in all the excitement, yes...I forgot to wash off my hands and now I look ..well you know, I look like a clown with orange palms and up in between my fingers
Is there any way I can get rid of this faster???
Please help, I have a meeting this morning that I already know I will have to keep my hands under the conference table  and I will never live this down :D
Thanks
Kim

Try nail polish remover...

Ok first to avoid this from happening.

Before you apply your self tanning cream take regular hand lotion and apply it liberally to your hands. Then apply your self tanning cream. Do your legs, wash your hands. Then do your upper body and wash your hands.

I used tanning cream regularly and love it :)

Try scrubbing with something abrasive like baking soda?

Yes, exfoliation will be your best friend, and baking soda is a great, gentle skin scrub.

It won't all come off at once, but just every time you wash your hands, add a plop of baking soda to the soap and water and scrub, scrub away.

If none of the other suggestions work, you might try a different, classier approach. ;)

I just did a search online and found someone who said that a pumice stone works -- just wet it and rub (I guess like a bar of soap). Another person said that a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works. Sounds weird but, it does work on a lot of other things. :)
