How was the strawberry version of the sorbet?

Hi Jessica....didn't realize you posting another thread. Here is my response from "Brand of Ice Cream Maker" thread: http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

Jessica.....The strawberry variation came out good. The flavor of the strawberry is weak though and the pineapple and lime are more prominent. It is still refreshing. The strawberries that I used were not seasonal which might make a difference. If the rain holds out my sister and I are going strawberry picking this morning and I will try it again with fresh picked sweet strawberries.

P.S. I keep experimenting with this recipe because I also like the creaminess that the cream of coconut gives the sorbet. I am going to do some more experimenting and will keep you posted. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Thanks. I got confused by all the different ice cream threads and forgot where I had put my message http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif I may try this with just pineapple and lime and see how that works.
