Any clubs in Cleveland Eastern suburbs?

I've subscribed to CL for years and would love to meet some other folks interested in starting a cooking club. I live on the East side of Cleveland, so it would be great if there were others nearby. If not, I can probably make the trek to the West side ;)

I live on the East side too and would also be interested in starting a Cleveland-East side supper club. I realize this thread is a bit old--did you end up starting one? If so, do you still want/need more people?

I used to belong to a SC on the east side of Cleveland which has not been too active for a while. Got the latest magazine and thought the outdoor menu looked great, gave me the idea to try and start up the old group again. Saw your messages, anyone want to join us? I'll give through Monday to respond and will proceed from there. Maybe we could get together for coffee or something first just to feel everyone out.

I think the setting to do this is to receive private messages, I don't mean your regular email, unless you prefer that.

I just saw that people had replied to this thread, but I can't figure out how to send or receive private messages (I am being told I am not allowed to access that page!). Despite this technical ineptitude, I'd love to join if there is a club forming. If there is a gathering in a neutral place just to meet everyone, would you feel comfortable posting that info here? Or let me know how to send or receive private messages? :confused:

Unfortunately, I am still not able to access the page to send or receive private messages (no idea why, I've tried to change my profile options, but it still won't let me pm). But I changed my preferences to receive e-mails, so for now, you can just e-mail me, and I'll change it back once I've heard from you. Thanks--looking forward to starting something!
