Well, I was having a full-blown chocolate attack today so I made the Double-Chocolate Bread Pudding from the CL Complete.
The bad news: I found it very disappointing! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif Not very chocolate-y at all... the best part was the melted chocolate chips on the top. To be fair, I did use one whole egg, though, instead of the called-for "2 egg whites". So maybe it was my fault??? (But I frequently do that, and I honestly don't think it makes that much difference!)
The good news: It only made TWO servings, so I don't have much left to give or throw away!!!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
