Newbie Questions about Master Cook 9

No clue why, but DH got me Master Cook 9 yesterday - how neat is that? I just installed it and now I try to add some recipes. So far it looks like a real great program, I just have one question: what unit size should I use for eggs? If I use "large" and then press the Nutrition Info Button I get the Nutrion Notes Window popping up saying: eggs - Mastercook assumes an average "large" size for this ingredient.

The average large egg is 2oz by weight. Most recipes are usually based on large eggs and the assumption by Mastercook is based on that information. I would just go with the information that MC already has for eggs.
