Does anyone use these marinades and dressings? I didn't pull up anything with a search but I vaguely recall the name being mentioned before. I made a salad a couple of days ago with their Cha Cha Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing and it was wonderful! I'm posting the recipe in case anyone is interested. They also have a teriyaki and a few others. I am a die hard homemade salad dressing person, but this was great. Anyone else use these ? Darla

Oriental Pasta Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 pound package linguini noodles - I used Azakuma sp? fresh
soy sauce
2 lg chicken breast, grilled, diced
1 cup snow pea pod, fresh
1 diced red pepper
8 stalks blanced asparagus, sliced
1 cup shorty carrots, sliced
1 can baby corn, drained
2 packages coleslaw
1 bottle Cha Cha Chinese Chicken Salad Oriental Dressing

Cook pasta, drain and place in ziploc bag. Add enough soy sauce to coat noodles. Allow soy sauce to soak into noodles for a few hours or overnight.

Add chicken and veggies to noodles. Combine with coleslaw mix and dressing to taste.

May 06 - Made as written, except I used the fresh oriental noodles and soaked overnight. Wonderful.

May 06 - Did again but to save time, boiled the noodles in water that had 1/2 c soy sauce added. It didn't give the noodles nearly enough taste. Stick with the overnight soak in soy sauce. I also subbed rotisserie chicken and that wasn't as good as the grilled chicken. Great salad.

I have used their stuff for stir-frying and for a marinade for chicken.

Love it.

Ditto. It tastes great and it's not full of junky ingredients either. Plus, I really like the name. ;) :)

I, too, prefer homemade dressings, but I will try those that are made with ingredients we can easily recognize. Annie's Naturals also has some great salad dressings made with wholesome ingredients. I love, love, love her Goddess (http://www.anniesnaturals.com/Pages/nutrition/dietgoddess.htm) dressing (not Green Goddess).

A couple of years ago we hosted a backyad potluck and our neighbors brought over the BEST grilled chicken I had ever tasted. I asked them for the recipe and they said all they did was marinate the chicken in the Soy Vay teriyaki marinade. Since then, I have used the marinade almost exclusively for chicken and pork. It is to die for!! And so very, very easy!

I used to keep a bottle of the teriyaki on hand at all times for a quick salmon or chicken dinner - tasty and all-natural! (I think The Ginger People make some terrific dressings too.)
