We fixed this last night. What a treat! DH grilled the steaks and I added an 8 ounce package of sliced mushrooms to the sauce. Excellent meal.

I just made this. It took me WAAAY longer than 30 minutes. It was okay, but I think it would have been better if I cut the steaks thinner (I like mine more well done than the recipe recommends, so I had to cook them longer, which made them chewy.), and if I tried cognac instead of only broth. I don't have any cognac and the closest store wanted $11 for a small bottle. No way. The sauce was good. I think it has real potential with those changes, but for now I'm giving it a 6 out of 10.

Has anyone actually seen green peppercorn mustard anywhere?
