Well two days in a row for me. We were up and out early this morning, so got to the gym and finished my workout early.

Did the same as yesterday, 3.8 mph with an incline from 0-6 over 30 minutes. I would like to move up to running oin the incline but I know I have to take it slow. Hopefully next week.

Who's next?

Hi hrk,

Thanks for getting us started. It's a good feeling to get moving 2 days in a row, isn't it? I haven't done any serious exercise since SUNDAY, but this morning I managed to run 2 miles on the treadmill, plus 1/2 mile walking for warm up/cool down. I have an appointment later with my personal trainer, so I'll post more after he beats me up. ;)

Good workouts, hrk and Martha! Martha - hope you aren't too beat up after the trainer!!

Today was to be a run day but my legs are *on fire* :p from yesterday's kickboxing. So I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, some stretching and upper-body weights!

Next?

I wandered over to the gym at lunch today and did 35 minutes on the treadmill. Good going everyone!

Me! I did 35 minutes of hillwalking with intervals on the treadmill this AM.

I was hoping to go for a bike ride with a weekly riding group from church this evening, but unfortunately, DS and I could not get the back seats out of the van so I could take my bike to air the tires! :mad: Guess that's what I get for leaving it to the last minute when DH is not home to help. Oh, well....next week. :rolleyes:

Great job on the workouts, everyone! How did your trainer session go, Martha? If it were me, I would probably remind him/her that my ankle had been recently injured....... :D

Hi again,

I made it through my training session. :) My trainer (and everybody else there) knows about my ankle and they are making sure I take good care of it. It feels good to have two workouts today. Even my sinuses are happy... go figure.
