Hello,

These bars are absolutely wonderful. I have finally found something for my cheescake cravings!! I have made them with lemon and orange. They came out great. However, I found this recipe works well with only 1/2 cup of sugar. 1 cup of sugar is entirely too much. I also decided to make a graham cracker crust using reduced fat graham crackers instead of using flour.

I am also going to try this recipe with coconut.

I made this yesterday, and we loved them. DH kept asking, "Are you sure there's cottage cheese in these?" Next time I make them, I'm going to use lime juice and lime zest. I liked it with the full amount of sugar, though. Guess I'm not sweet enough on my own! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
