Hi, all! Got out early this morning and jogged just under 3-1/2 miles. Walked about 1/2 mile warm up and cool down. Just an easy pace today, but I still wanted to go. With things heating up as they are, I don't know how long I'll be able to keep running outside. I am hoping to go riding with a biking group from church this evening, but we'll see what happens. It is supposed to be in the 90's later today! :eek:

Here I am! Just got done with my usual workout... but wait! I added 5 minutes! :D I had to slow down a little the last 5 minutes, but that's ok... increased calories burned to 202, and aerobic points to 1.9! Still at a 3.5 incline for the walk, but I didn't want to change everything at once! ;)

Next?
