The Lotte Berk Method?

I checked an exercise video called The Lotte Berk Method: Basic Essentials out of the library this weekend. Just wondering if anyone had used any of these for a prolonged period and seen results? I don't reacall hearing much about it - but that could just be because I never exercised until this past year ;)

This brings back sooooooooo many memories!!!
I think I bought the first book when it came out...Gosh, I was 19 or 20 then :eek:
Can't say I was devoted to the program or anything....the pix of that woman were inspiring though....now I look and think she is too thin but in my 20's ....oh the memories!
